- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 February 2021MISLEADING WATTAGEAlthough advertised as a 33W G9 lamp, the user instructions, and a label on the lamp, stipulate that 18W G9 bulbs MUST be used. This results in rather dim illumination if the lamp is used for reading, and makes me wonder how safe the product is if 33W G9 bulbs are used instead.Otherwise, a nice looking lamp although access to the bulb compartment is rather flimsily constructed.

- Bought 2 lamps recently and decided to use led capsules and they make a lot of noise, can they be used with leds if so what type? thanksI bought Eveready ECO Halogen 33W (40W Equivalent) G9 Cap Capsule Light Bulb, Pack of 2, 40 W from Amazon site. They work just fine and no noise. Hope this helps.
