- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 February 2020Diffuser in top of lampshade needed.Overall a good looking lamp for the price. Well packaged but a couple of flaws on the lampshade which as they were in the same area were easy to hide.Deducted a star as the lampshade screw holder was a pain to get on as it jumped it's threads very easily so took quite a few attempts to get in sitting properly and not cross threaded.Also didn't like the circle of light on the ceiling when the lamp was on but we closed off the top if the shade with a sturdy circle of cardboard but you can still access the lampholder from underneath which if you arms are short you have to anyway!If you dont want light to read by a 5w led bulb gives a good light or for more moody lighting a 3.5w is adequate.

Sort of in between a tall standard lamp and a table lamp. Was a bit finicky putting the shade and bulb in but that's all, kept going off the thread.

Getting it for 19.99 has made it the best bargain I've had. This is a stunning lamp that looks great in any space. I absolutely love it. Unfortunately I can't seem to load a picture of it, shame because it looks perfect & it brilliant quality. Definitely a 5 star from me ?

- hi there. Does this lamp come with a switch in the flex or even a floor switch? ThanksThe switch is on the lamp, just under the bulb. You reach under the shade to get to it. However, I use mine with a remote, the control for which is attached to the plug. It makes it easier to control several lamps in one room. Just an option you might consider.
- What size bulb please? Just ordered some and they fit but don't work. Take old bulb with you to local supermarket or Google using that information V12 or Y12 very small print This bulb works.
