  Good customer service, very nice lamp

  I really like this lamp! It’s lovely to fill in the empty space we had in the living room. The chrome is lovely and overall really nice. The lamp shade arrived with one of the metal rods attached to the inside of the shade broken, but I managed to fix it with super glue. Few weeks later it broke again where I’d glued it, so emailed the seller and they sent me a new one which I’ve received today, without any issues and quick delivery! The reflection on the inside on the lamp isn’t the best as it’s just shiny cardboard but still has a nice effect. Looks especially cool with Philips Hue colour changing lights!

  Poor quality, don’t buy

  Unbelievably poor quality! The shade had multiple bubbles and black marks. The material is very cheap and it looked awful. I requested to return but the procedure was not easy because I didn’t own a printer, which excluded an option to return by home pickup, and they told me to carry the heavy box to the post office or Hermes drop off location which were quite far from where I lived. I wish I didn’t purchase it to start with, it only created stress. I returned it eventually but haven’t received a refund yet.

  Excellent lamp, really easy to assemble and seems sturdy enough, even with a dog in the house! I went for this as it's the same lamp, but half the price of the one I saw in Next, so great value in that respect!It lights our living room perfectly and with the bulb included, it's not too imposing. I'm very happy with it, and it arrived 2 days early, so I was really pleased. Would definitely recommend ?

  Bought this lamp as an addition to our brand new residential lodge residential and it was everything we were looking for. Fitted in well with all of our furnishings, great value for money prompt delivery and great all over service.Would highly recommended this seller and would definitely use them again.Excellent.

  Absolutely gorgeous!

  I am so incredibly happy with this. It is exactly what I wanted, and exceptional value for money. The colour is lovely, and the overall lamp is very sturdy. The lampshade was slightly damaged when it arrived - I sent feedback and photos and within a couple of days a new one arrived. Looks absolutely brilliant.

  at first I wasn’t thinking and I made things complicated while putting it together however it is very easy and very straight forward process. It looks way more expensive then it actually is, it’s very easy to use and also gives a very unique look to the room, I’ve put this in my bedroom... and it looks pretty good in my opinion, I never thought it would be this big, because my room isn’t too big this floor lamp looks huge so I do recommend it for bigger spaceious rooms.

  I bought this and was a litt sceptical as other lamps like this were twice the price, but I have to say, this lamp is amazing!!!It looks far better than others I looked at in furniture shops. I am delighted with my purchase and it is everything and more than I expected. Highly recommended company and product.

  Easy to assemble

  Received lamp today easy to put together absolutely love it .. did have a damaged shade but contacted seller and they are sending a replacement great customer service I bought a table lamp similar to this so it’s a great match .... update received you shade in 48 hours very happy with this company didn’t even have to send broken one back just disposed of it as asked to do ?

  Finishes of our living room perfectly

  Very stylish and finished off our grey and duck living room. Perfect for the nights where the main light is too bright in the room. This lamp creates an calm ambience in our large living area. A very contemporary lamp that finishes off a room very well.

  Easy to put together

  It looks really nice in my living room. Took me about 5 minutes to assemble with even with my 1 year old running round. It also comes with a light bulb
