Chose it because there was a range of shades, brightness but most importantly replaceable bulbs. I chose the cold light with glass shades option.The instructions at first glance were sketchy but when looked at again were quite clear and the lamp could be assembled by one person very quickly - huge bonus.It's being used to provide light by a workstation as the nights close in.Only downside for me is the lead is a bit short for where I need the lamp in relation to the wall socket. Also the fact that the on off switch is a foot switch but I've managed to position it so I can press it on an off by hand and it's out the way of the dogs paws!Overall, having said that, I'm very happy with the product so far.

It was easy to put together and came with a handy tool to assist with screwing the shades on and bulbs in . It also comes with the bulbs so you can enjoy straight away . The lamp stand is brushed steel , very stylish , and the shades white . I was so pleased that I ordered another for the opposite corner . Quality product at a very reasonable price .
