Customer questions and answers
- Can you use your own smart bulb? A hive bulb for example?I think it was an e27 screw bulb. So yep a wifi bulb of that type works. Please do check it’s an e27 though!!
- Is the pole one pieceIt arrives slit in to 2 or 3 pieces but still has the cable running down the centre of the tubes, so it’s very easy to assemble and there’s no chance of getting them in the wrong order. We really like the look of the lamp, although we did replace the shade.
- Would a 12inch / 30cm shade fit this lamp?We actually changed the shade to a 14 inch and it look much better than the shade supplied
- Can this sketch?Dear customer，Do you mean whether it can be stretch?
