Very easy to assemble, shabby chic and lovely tarnished bronze effect which blends in beautifully with the wooden aspects of the lamp. The head is fully mobile and can easily be swiveled to whatever position you desire. We have ours in the corner of the lounge, pointing up to the corner and it lights the space beautifully. If reading, the head can easily be rotated to support eye health and wellbeing.In a nutshell...We love the floor lamp so much, we also ordered its 'baby brother which is in the opposite corner of the room. That is a "table top" one and sits beautifully on my corner coffee table and blends in well with the wood. Can highly recommended this one and the smaller one. Thank you!

- Is the switch on this on the floor or near the top, looking to put behind a corner couch so floor type wouldnt be easy.It on the lead so it’s on the floor
- What is exactly wood colour as wood comes in many colours this in the photo looks greyish?vintage brown to grey.
- In picture 5 it shows the light with shade like flaps. The rest of the pictures do not show these. Are these part of the lamp, or not ?The are no flaps on the outside of the one we purchased, which was correct.
- How many bulbs does it require and are these included?Mine came with the one bulb it needed (a small twist bulb), but I put a brighter one in).
