- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 January 2021This is a lovely lampI received my lamp today ordered Thursday arrived Saturday.after reading the reviews I was having second thoughts as some reviews said it was difficult to put together.I asked for help from previous customers who said this was not correct I’m so glad I did as it took me longer to get it out the box as it was so well packed. I’m really pleased with the lamp and arrived very quickly.

Really difficult to screw on globes due to fitting inside not protruding far enough to screw down. Just managed to catch one very short turn to hold it on and as it was out of the box and virtually completely put together couldn’t face the hassle of trying to return it. Will be replacing it with something much better at a later date.

Only one of the bulbs the other two are fine.The bulb that is faulty can be seen in the attached picture.Please advise how I can get a replacement bulb free of charge as I have paid for it. If it is not the bulb then the light is faulty?Either way please either replace the bulb or come and collect the light and refund my money.Thank you
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 February 2020Much better instructions needed, plus 2 people needed to build it.Needs 2 people to assemble. Very difficult to put together, particularly screwing the shades on. Instructions were useless. Finally 3 of us managed after an hour to work out why it was so difficult to put shades on, you need to use the Alan key to take tension off cable to loosen screw on part. This then gives you enough of he screw to attach shade to. I just hope help is around when I need to change bulbs. It is attractive once built and price was right.

However just buy without and get separately to save a few pounds. Personally we have opted for the bright cool white bulbs as can be quite dark otherwise.

- Do you do this lamp design in a ceiling light?We are sorry but we do not have a matching ceiling lights.
- Does this come in a table lamp?This light fitting is only available in a floor lamp, not as a table lamp.
- Can someone confirm on product weightWithout the packaging the approx weight is 9/10pounds (4/4.5kilos)
- Having read the reviews is this very difficult to assemble as I live alone I’m having trouble making up my mindI found this very easy to assemble. I was also a bit worried after reading some reviews but literally only took minutes. I love it. Screw it together, add bulbs and shades then position the arms where you want them and tighten the screws.
