- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 January 2021A lot of effort for something with some be very simple!The product its self puts out a very bright light and now its actually built and installed i am reasonably happy with it.The product its self is not friendly for a DIY'er. Instructions are poor and a lot of the holes didn't line up. I had to remove plastic inserts which the light shines through and cut them down with a pair of snips as they blocked the bolt holes.To make it worse one side is not supported and the light actually sags with its own weight, this was a big eye sore for me. After finding some material which was the same I managed to prop up the sagged side so it looked sqaure and correct in the room.Although this was a lot of hassle im pleased that I preserved as it does look nice in the room, puts out a decent amount of light and looks a bit different.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 February 2021Wouldn’t recommend.First of all it’s very dull light. Not bright at all, even on maximum , even for small room. Gives shadow on the ceiling once installed. Very very cheap assembly, rubbers falling off straight away, led strip isn’t great quality at all. Can be controlled thru remote only which isn’t convenient , if you just want to switch it on. Remote is bulky and 75% of buttons not needed for it at all.Overall product is black colour, but assembly screws are silver which sticks out straight away as they are visible once you assemble it. Because of two colour options and led strip not so great, clearly visible spaces between light diodes.Overall construction is done very cheap ,assembly is very bad ,and definitely not worth money it’s listed for.Had to return it straight away, as it’s just horrible from my point of view.Sorry guys.
