I looked for the brightest light I could find on Amazon and found this one for our bedroom and it is definitely bright on its highest setting. You have to flick your light switch to get your 3 brightness options. It has a grey white, yellow white then a bright white. Husband said it was very easy to install. There is no remote with light it’s all done by the light switch. Overall we are really pleased with this light and highly recommend if this is the sort of light your looking for.

It does have a good size window, but it’s where my husband likes to shave, so needs a good light. It’s perfect. Very attractive when up. It’s very lightweight, doesn’t need to be glass with LED lights, so doesn’t get hot. Arrived quickly with prime. No complaints at all.

However, once installed, I wax delighted with both their appearance and their brightness. My hall stairs and landing are now very well illuminated. - What is the IP rating of this fitting? ‘I believe’ as you have previously stated is a bit non commitsI would advise to buy a better one than this, as example, the silver bit around the unit is just like a plastic ribbon and when turn on, the unit makes a noise. Very simple plastic staff like poundland
