Unfortunately, Tnxi appears to be a spurious reseller brand, and no obvious parts support that I could find in Europe. However, many of this type of product are built from 'generic' parts. (e.g. the remote control is a generic one with a number of buttons that aren't used for this light. As such, you may be able to identify the part from individual markings on the component that you wish to replace. In this case, you are looking at something that has mains going into it, and there is a RISK OF DEATH, so you should ensure that the person that does this is suitably qualified and understands the risks. As an aside, looking at at a different model of similar light it appears that 12V is provided to each of the LED lighting chains. see less
