- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 September 2021Light assembly looks goodThe parts were securely packed in preformed polystyrene packaging in a sturdy box. Assembly fairly simple but ideally needs two people to hold assembly whilst being wired to ceiling. Keyways on ceiling box seem to be incorrectly formed as the unit cannot be pushed up onto the brackets and then slid left or right to lock. I found it was easier to remove two grub screws altogether, slide the unit onto the other two and then re fit the remaining grubs screws. Good customer service which solved a minor problem quickly and with no fuss.

- How do you adjust the height and how short can you have the hangerThe 'chain' links are quite easily bent with two pairs of pliers and so can be reduced down to just a few links quite quickly. Thus you can make them as short as needed, just two links if you wanted.
