- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 July 2021Incorect Description but customer service goodI ordered this item knowing it was from China and so a long delivery solely because I wanted a 60cm baseplate( couldent find another they were all 50 cm). On delivery the baseplate was damaged I think due to poor packaging,They offered me money off for the baseplate but I was cross and could not use lights without a baseplate.I wrote back and said this so got a full refund and £6 compensation.SO Customer Services are GOOD.The item was off good quality except for damage.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 January 2021Difficult to fitI found this to be a complete nightmare to fit, not helped by the short length of the earth wire and the masses of spare wire from the pendants after adjusting. If you are going to fit this, I would recommend trimming the pendant cables with a wire cutter so there aren't potentially dangerous amounts of spare cable in the light housing.The excess cable makes it difficult to fit whilst ensuring the cable isn't in the way of the screws or near the live connections.
