Installation Steps
1. Put the wire through the short rods and screw them on the fixture.
2. Install the fixture with lamp socket on the wood lampshade.
3. Put the wire through the longer rods.
4-5. Install the 3 rods(20cm+30cm+50cm), freely according to your needs to connect with the wood lampshade and canopy.
6-7. Fix the light fixture to the canopy with screw nut and lock washer by screw-driver(Not Included).
8. Mark the point on the ceiling according to the holes of the mounting bracket,drill the holes, stuff the expansion screw pipe into the holes, screw the screw to fix the mounting bracket on the ceiling by the screwdriver(Not Included).
9. Connect the lamp wire to the power supply according to the wire colour, with the connecting terminal(Europe- brown for "L", blue for "N", yellow and green for "Ground").
10. Fix the light fixture to the mounting bracket of the ceiling by screwing ball nut.
11. Install the light bulb(Not Included).

Better than in the pictures. Nothing to complain about at all :)You can adjust the length by attaching just 1 metal rod, as I did.Measure everything properly: the shortest option is just about right for my rooms and they have high ceilings.It is not suitable for modern flats, where you can touch the ceiling while standing on the floor.
