  I like it but there are minor fitting issues. However, I'm assured that these are being resolved.

  I'm happy with the style, look and functionality of the fan. My only grumble would be with the assembly. The half baked Chinese to English translation is exactly that. Half baked. It is not the easiest to unscramble and leaves a whole lot to question. Firstly their are 2 types of this fan. 36" & 42". Then you have the type 1 and type 2. This relates to the light fitting. Either a solid plastic lens for 1 or a lens with a centre metal fitting for type 2.Next is the fitting of the LED carrier to the motor housing. On a 42" they suggest that 5 screws are used to attach the housing to the plate. For the 36 inch they still suggest the 5 screws be removed to secure the plate. There are only 3 screws which can do this It is not explained in the instructions. The wiring isn't difficult to sort out and is, in fact, easy. My gripe would be with the bracket that secure's the fan to the ceiling. It suggests, right at the start that 2 screws are removed. There is no suggestion that 5his is to fit the shroud cover to the bracket. But this is what it's for. However, if the bracket is fitted snuggly to the ceiling, these screws are about 5cm too short. They are M4 if your interested.In summary, it takes a couple of hours to assemble and connect. With a few minor stumbling issues.Enjoy the jig-saw.......Addendum...I have heard from the manufacturer and am assured that the fitting instructions are being resolved. Hopefully they will be accurate in the differences between the 36inch and 42inch models supplied. I have faith.

  Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Lovely fan which works well but the installation instructions are awful! Shame. I found some very helpful videos online which made it much easier and found someone who had installed one before, which helped a great deal.

  Amazing fans, instruction manual... questionable

  Ordered 2 fans, 1 came faulty so had to be returned but ordered another to replace it which came next day and works well. They are very light weight and quiet with a impressive breeze from the fan. 3 light tones changeable from the remote makes it very fitting to most homes. The only thing is that it isn’t uk made so earth live etc wires aren’t traditional colours so are a bit confusing and along with the very confusing instructions it didn’t make much sense. But with the help of a few YouTube videos it was simple enough and very easy. Highly recommend.

  Great light/fan, tough to install

  Now that the light is installed, it looks awesome and works like a dream. The light itself takes some getting used to - it's extremely bright, and it's a shame it can't be dimmed. The fan is whisper quiet, even on it's highest setting - had to turn it off last night - too cold!! Can't wait to use it in earnest during the summer nights.As for installing it, don't expect to be able to do it in a few minutes, or single handed. It took two of us over two hours to complete the job - I had thought it would take me a few minutes on my own!! The instructions are not great, but I was sent a youtube video which helped a bit, although the guy in the vid worked super fast and had his hands in the way of what the vid was supposed to be showing. If you are a DIY enthusiast with endless patience, this is a great light/fan. If you hate DIY, buy something else, or get someone to fit this for you.

  Great Fan

  Brilliant fan, at last a fan that doesn’t rattle throughout the night. The only noise I hear on the low and medium setting is the blades cutting through the air. Never use it on high as there is no need. The light is too bright - sometimes a good thing but since the light can’t be dimmed you’re stuck. I plan on reducing the quantity of L.E.D’s to reduce the brightness , this should be a straight forward thing to do.Relatively easy to fit. A bit like a puzzle but relatively easy.

  i love these lights i purchased two for my living area they are a quality product and look so stylish ,i always get a nice comment when someone see them for the first time ,what also impressed me was the after sales customer service as i contacted them asking how to purchase a replacement led light board for one of my fans and they got back to me almost straight away and sent me one free of charge even though they did not have to as it was out of warranty

  This is an excellent product. It is very silent in operation. The remote control is very handy and allows the colour of the light to be changed as well as the fan speed. The timer is particularly helpful at night. It is not difficult to install following the guidance. The fan we had, had a small problem in that the holes that retain the cover plate were not completely tapped. Easy enough to fix if you had the correct tap but otherwise it would have to have been returned.

  It’s a lovely fan and light with 3 different colour choices. It has a remote control and very stylish and it makes a hum noise, when the fan opens up it transparent and slick the way the fan closes back up - I love it so much that I bought two

  Although it wasnt easy to fit,I loved it the fans are great,shame our summer isn't only used twice
