- Can I buy some accessory to control this using an Alexa?Hi, we're sorry this fan can't be controlled by Alexa, you need to use remote or wall switch to control it.
- My light is stuck on warm light setting, it had all three colours to start. Is there a way to reset so i have the choice of all colours again?I know when I set mine up that it reset itself when the power was switched off to the light.
