The lighting feature and fan function well but the assembling of the blades created quite a problem for which we needed the assistance of the seller ! This light at present requires fitting by an electrician or someone with some technical skill. The fan is powerful but runs quietly on low which is ideal for a bedroom! The seller has been extremely helpful throughout with assisting us with our initial problems and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The seller was helpful when contacted telling me how I should have been able to attach the blades but sadly there was a metal plate inside between the screws and the screw holes. No amount of information could have put it together. Luckily Amazon refunded my money. Sadly disappointed because it really would have been an amazingly beautiful fan light.

We purchased this light 28/1/20, and fan was running this evening with no light. Went to turn the light on and it’s popped! No fan and no lights.!!! Really disappointed as I love this light, it’s so sparkly and lets out great burst of air from fan. I want to contact customer service to find out what we can do as it’s only 7 months old. Thank you

The only flaw is the (superfluous) 'crystal' bauble which fell off both fans. Requires a qualified electrician to fit it.

- Do you get quite a bit of movement on light when fan onYes it’s wobbling like mad. Waiting for supplier to advise. Have a custom longer rod but the mount doesn’t seem to prevent it swinging whatever size rod you use. Will update.
- Can it be dimmable?Hi, it can't be dimmable since the light uses LED lighting board, but it has 3 color changes ( cool, neutral, warm, 3000-5000K ).
