- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 February 2020Great fan light package could be betterFirst of all the good bits the fan light is absolutely brilliant really quiet and looks great too.Now for the not so good bits instructions are very poor need some experience in putting up fan lights , when enquirered about that they sent an excellent PDF by email. Secondly the manufacturers quality control is not so good missing a few parts like screws and wire connectors plus there were a couple of glass crystals loose so had to secure them myself. Overall a very good fan light but could be better. Ps still waiting for my missing parts hope the turn up soon as it will finish it off brilliantly.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 June 2020So pleased with my fanWe did a lot of research and this fan seemed to meet what we ideally wanted for our bedroom as it is on the 2nd storey in the roof space & can get very warm in the summer.We looked at the video link sent with the email that arrived at the same time as the fan. We played it over several times step by step and followed it as best we could. We changed the setting on the video to slow play and used pause.The paper instructions that came with the fan was definitely not adequate enough - at least for our comprehension. The video showed to fit the light part first and then fit to the ceiling but the paper gave the impression to fit the light part once the motor was on the ceiling. We suggest the video was definitely the best way.My husband had to add some wood into the loft to help carry the weight for fitting the motor/light etc to the ceiling. The whole thing is VERY heavy. We think it may not be possible for a downstairs ceiling with rooms above in a normal UK constructed house.My husband bought some crimping clips to ensure the electric connections were good. There werent any provided.The first time we got everything fitted the fan did not work - we were so disappointed as it had taken 4 hrs.We decided to try again the next day and my husband checked all the connections and there was one that had come adrift hence why he then went and bought some crimps to hold the connections. It took another few hours - it was painstakingly slow and frustrating but eventually we got there and it worked - woohoo!!We are very happy with the fan and its working very well. It is quiet especially on the low setting.The 3 light settings are also good to have. The light on full is very bright which is helpful on occasions but mostly the low setting is our favourite.You will need patience if fitting your self but once its done its done and you can sit back and enjoy! So pleased with the end result

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 June 2020Love my ceiling fan lightsLove these fan lights but they were quite difficult to install and unless you are really good with electrics you will need an electrician, instructions not good, difficult to follow, we ended up watching a video on YouTube which made it a lot clearer. The fans are very quiet and love the fact that they are clear. Also fabulous that they are retracting so can’t really see the fan blades when not in use. Lights are super bright and nice to have 3 light settings to choose from my favourite is the cool white. Overall very satisfied with them my only issue was the instructions for fitting but after watching the video it was much easier.

Watching the video it was easy to put together and put up. We found a problem getting the cover that goes over the ceiling bracket very hard to get on, if the screws were longer that would be a lot better. However once the light was up it looks great and the fan is excellent, love the retracting blades.

LED panel didn't fix to light above and is floating on shade. Seemed to be only one magnet to hold it up.

Installation was very easy and Moerun sent a link to a video guide. The buying experience was spoiled by a poor delivery timescale (almost 1 month) but sadly the delivery did not arrive on the date promised.My issue of only 2 “colour changes” was resolved by customer support very promptly sending a new LED driver and light fitting. Very happy with our new light /fan.

I had a small issue with installation of the canopy and they responded immediately to resolve the issue including sending photos of how to resolve. The fan itself is great very quiet and looks fantastic, highly recommend.

- The black box (fan controller) does not fit in the ceiling cover. I am guessing I have been sent the wrong cover for my fan?Hi you have to make sure when you lift the fan light into the cradle that you bolted to the ceiling that it fits into the slot on the cradle then you should have enough room on top of that to slide the remote control box in the gap that is left in the cradle and the cover should then slid over.
- Do you need to reinforce the ceiling for the weight of this? I have attic space above where it will be - it seems pretty heavy?Hi, the weight of fan is about 13KG, so the ceiling load will be greater than 20KG.
- How easy is it to retarct the blades? do you have to do this manualy or with a remote ? or do they retract when you turn off the fan ?It's all automatic when the fan is turned on and off with the remote control. Hope this helps.
- What size of room is recommended?When 4 blades extend, the fan diameter is 42" (106cm), so recommendation room size is about 10-25 square meter.
