- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 March 2021Lasted 40-50 hours then died (professionally fitted)The light looks great. I gave 3 stars to be fair on the service/product. I had this light professionally fitted so hard to say if it were easy. The mounting is probably the hardest part of fitting. The light lasted a total of around 40-50 hours on 50% brightness. It flashed rapidly 4 or 5 times then went out and never came back on. I was requested a photo or video of proof but couldn’t forward the video recorded to the address given and asked for a full refund. I was refund. While the light looks great please do be mindful and consider this review when making your purchase. Communication was pretty quick which is the only reason I gave 3 stars.

Was tuning on and off only and when I swiched it off at the main and on again it stored working at all. Wiring is done properly so it is not an issue. Please help

It would be good if it went slightly dimmer on its lowest setting, but that would be nitpicking. Assembly is easy enough, but fitting it accurately to the ceiling is a bit of a pig, though.

Looks great and the various remote settings allow the light to range from background light to very bright.gor an electrician to install it and he was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to install.

- Pairing the remote - clear instructions please. I’ve tried every combination. There is no reference to ‘key’ and which button that is.Dear Customer, please reference to this video, at the lasr 30 seconds, it will show you how to pair the remote control!
- What is the mounting bracket type? (Will extra support be needed for example?)The screw holes are slightly wider than on my previous fitting. I was fortunate enough to be able to find a joist. I would say approx 10 cm apart. It’s sufficient enough as the light isn’t heavy.
- Can this be used on 230 volt electrical supply?Yes ，this ceiling light can work with 220-240 volt.
- What is the maximum brightness for this light?It isn't very bright. Don't waste your money on this product. I am already regretting it.
