I ordered this light after searching through various options and decided this was the best one for my purposes. I duly placed my order and it arrived as stated and well packaged. I proceeded to install the light and the instructions were strightforward. I turned on the light and everything was as it should be ... until I tried to activate the light with the remote control. Nothing happened. The remote was dead. The batteries were brand new AAA Duracell ones but nothing. After several frustrating attempts I gave up and emailed Lusunt. Their Customer Service was very good and they responded in a very short time. They offered several ideas to rectify the situation but to no avail. Eventually they offered me compensation as they were unable to supply me with another remote control. I liked the light very much and decided to accept the monies offered. I waited well beyond the 5-7 working days for the refund but it did not materialise. I had to email them again with a rather curt letter and they responded quickly again very apologetically. In their response they discovered the problem - here is their response:In addition, our technicians and production department conducted a lot of tests to find out why the remote control did not work.The reason why the remote control indicator does not work is because the positive electrode of the battery is not in proper contact with the remote control. For different countries and regions, the battery specifications will be slightly different.As shown in the attachment 2 and 3, you can stretch the positive terminal on the remote control so that the battery can be properly connected to the remote control.Sure enough, I pulled the battery terminals and streched them as they had stated and now everything works as it should. I am now very pleased with the results and I commend the Lusunt Customer Service Team very highly for their polite and curtious service - well done!

We could not get the remote control to work so sent a message to the seller. I was so impressed to get an instant response with information as to how to adjust the battery connectors to enable it to work. I am not sure if I am more impressed by the light or the seller but I would happily recommend both.

A few months later, room was decorated and the light installed by a professional electrician. Son moved into that room less than 2 months ago, and this light has died already. My fears were correct, it is a cheap quality piece of tat, being sold at way over a reasonable price! Absolute rubbish.

As it is only a hall light it will be only used a number of times if at all BUT it has a problem with the ballast. Maybe this noise is not in them all BUT this one has it

- do you do a set of 4?Hello, Our ceiling light has three color temperatures. Using one is equivalent to using 3 ceiling lights with different color temperatures. You can adjust the color temperature and brightness according to your preferences.
