- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 January 2020Easy to fit, what a differenceWas looking for LED lighting for my kitchen which had 2 sets of spotlights with 3x GU10 bulbs in them.Found these, good reviews, so ordered two. Now I am not the greatest DIY person but thought I would try fitting myself before getting someone out. Power off at the mains fuse box, took down old light. New light only has live and neutral, no earth. Was as simple as taking two screws out the block connector in ceiling, releasing existing light and then wiring up new light. Even easier as the light itself contains a push/twist plug so you can disconnect the physical light, climb the ladders with just the two wires section. Wire that in, screw in light support bracket and then connect light up. Absolutely thoroughly recommend this.You can see from the photos, one photo is with one existing spotlight still up and then the difference with the LED in place.Obviously can’t comment on longevity of product but our kitchen is now fully lit with crisp bright daylight and every other light now seems yellow in comparison!Think I might be ordering more for round the house!

A white very neat square fixture was fitted by my electrician in minutes and it was difficult to believe the difference when I switched it on. The light is very bright and more than adequately to fill the room with a superb white light. I think I'll get another for the bathroom.

Easy to install, perfect.Really pleased with this light, I bought one off ebay and it wasn't anywhere near as good as this one. Very bright, easy to install (added a voice activated switch and connected it all together), we use it through Alexa. Very pleased. and I will buy again for sure.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 April 2020Bright and look nice.I bought 2 of these to replace worn out flourescent tubes, of which one had lost any brightness and the other had packed in altogether. Everything about these lights is an improvement on those flourescent tubes. I should have made the switch years ago. The only drawback is that fixing any new light to the ceiling is fiddly if you are doing it on your own. With someone to hold the light whilst the other tightens the screws, the job should be very easy.The light is bright and a very pure white.

Lol!! lights exchanged our original hanging glass pendant light shades as in the kitchen they were constantly looking dull with the every day cooking etc and driving me mad taking them off to clean. So happy with our purchase the lights are brilliant for a kitchen too just how it should be like clean and bright looking. I'd highly recommend them for a kitchen as I was worried they wouldn't look nice but they really do. Pictures don't do any justice for how much brighter everywhere is now as the camera makes the room darker the closer I take it to the light! Partner hung both up in around 20mins so easy he said.

The light is bright but I found the shadows it threw were unacceptable for me so after a few weeks I bought a strip light and replaced this one. Also I found the colour of the light too harsh. It was too much on the blue side. (Strip light thousand times better)

Rhod Gilbert would surely describe it as having the power of a million candles.On a serious note i got this after a disastrous light based accident when i managed to pull my bedroom light down when changing the sheet on the bed.I will note that you can't change the bulb in this light but for how long the company say it will last for it's likely to last about 4 or more years depending how long you use it for.Easy to fit and as I've said it's really bright. If you need a good light in a workshop or your garage get this!Looks really stylish and now I have no risk of pulling the light down now.

- Are these any good in kitchens that need more lightHi, I bought one for my kitchen and also for my dining room which totally transformed the quality of light in both. I fully recommend this product.
- How much room sits between the unit and the ceiling? I need to conceal a 2.5cm transformer within and need to know if it will fit please?I’ve just measured the light and it’s 4cm deep , the problem you will have is hiding the transformer as the light cover is thin and you will see through it
- Can i use an led dimmer switch with this?i do not think so it is described as not dimmable in the description. trying a dimmer switch would probably damage it.
