Instruction a bit vague but I was taking old fan down so have some knowledge about it. Wiring very easy remote unit just plugs in. Very big led light. Love everything about unit except light is VERY bright. Even on low setting its a bit bright for bedroom. Also you have to go through modes to get on low light. If you leave it on low and switch off light it still goes bright next time. For this reason only I gave 4 stars

Great light and fan Id defiantly recommend but if your really picky like me I wish it was slightly closer to the ceiling and it will bug me that the three light settings are on a loop rather than selecting one and it being the same brightness every time I turn it on and off it is easy enough to just flick through to the one you want but I can imagine this to bug me after a few weeks other than that really easy to fit looks good to
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 May 2021Great fan, one big design issue for me when installing which takes it from a 5 star to 3!Great fan, very quiet - light is a bit bright for a bedroom even on the lowest setting. First 90% of the install went fine last bit, nightmare! Why oh why did you make the top cover so small?! In the 150mm cover you have to house the large hanging bracket, the transformer and all the cabling! It is a big light and if you have made it just 50mm wider it would have been perfect. If you are midway on a lighting circuit you could have 3 feeds into this fitting which need to be connected and terminated all with that 150mm cover! Be prepared for an hour of frustration once finished fitting trying to cram everything in. Almost gave up and took it down to return, which would have been a shame as it is great once installed!

The fan is silent and low setting is sufficient for a double sized bedroom. There are only a couple of suggestions tgat would make this product a 5/5 - 1) there's a beeping noise every time the light or fab is turned on. It would be great to be able to opt out from the noise. 2) the light modes. It would be great if the current selection was memorised when light is turned off. As it stands the light apis always on the brightest option when turned on.

IT ISNT dimmable tho as it states. The light has three different light power settings, which change it from white to warm, but the warm is still very bright and having had a led dimmer fitted the light flickers badly when you try to dim.

Just really good all round. Love the remote with a timer - set it on and go to sleep keeps the room cool for 1,2,4,8 hours and then switches off or runs continually.well worth the money - solidly built
