I put most of it together before the electrician arrived. He wasnt too thrilled to have to fit the wires through it. He had to undo a few things as it wasnt initially clear how/ where to put the wires. It was also very heavy to hold while wiring. Need a few people. How we didnt break anything while putting it together ill never know! I put the tear drop pendants on wrongly at first thinking there wasnt enough then realised the long piece of crystal attached to one of the 4 hooks of each of the “saucers”. Also I nearly threw away the very base crystal, as I didnt realise it had one at the lowest point of the fitting. Luckily I found it after throwing it away by mistake. So I absolutely love it, so does my 9 month old granddaughter. Every time I see it it still catches my eye because it sparkles and I love sparkly crystals. Yes I recommend it as its beautiful and such good value but be warned its good value probably because youl have to spend a few hours, unpacking it from allits little bags then working out how it goes together. Still love it though.

The first two that arrived were short of the connecting rings for the beads but did not let that stop me fitting it. The second two turned up and the first one had broken glass in it when I opened the box and the second had a fault on one light fitting.Amazon told me to contact seller direct but after two unsuccessful attempts I gave up and asked for a refund. So now I have four lights in various stages of installation.Don’t waste your time with this lot as there are no direct means of contacting them if you have a fault

So contacted the seller and another one was dispatched which arrived within 3 days.Putting the chandelier together, the instructions weren’t easy. It was quite fiddly to put together but if you take your time you get through it. But once it’s up it looks lovely. Great value for money. I would buy this item again.

I can't believe the price I paid, it looks much more expensive. It is all glass as stated and sparkles brightly. I am so impressed that I am going to buy another one.

If the instructions were more explicit it would help. The crystal has weight to it an is quality. What I didn't like was the wiring method from the arms into the main wiring and it took a few attempts to get them all to light. It is very fiddly. It took about 3 solid hours to get it built and installed. I liked that whilst installing the chandelier hanging bracket took the weight of the chandelier. It redeemed itself at one point.This chandelier definitely radiates a mesmerising twinkle and commands attention as a room centrepiece. There are prisms of light shimmering around the room with the window open. It is better than i expected. I would buy another.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 June 2017A lot of hard work, and time, but worth it(Dst Therese 6 arm) parts were missing when first received and once reported it took four weeks for replacement parts to arrive from China. Also, this comes in pure kit form, literally every piece is separate and requires assembly, which took hours. The electrics also require fully wiring yourself, including crimp connections etc, so this should really only be done by a fully qualified electrician? But despite all of this, once the missing parts finally arrived and the chandelier was fully assembled and safely wired, and installed, it is stunning, and truly looks like it cost 4 or 5 times what I paid for it.

With six arms its a really good size chandelier for an average size living room. The real difference is glittering of the crystals which gives a real " Royal" impression.It was very easy to assemble. It was delivered well before our expectation.

Also used a qualified election to put it up as all wires are the same colour and some of the little sticky tabs saying live and neutral fell off ..... my fault I should have been more careful!! .... I also had one damaged droplet have messaged seller just waiting for a reply. All in all I am very happy with my purchase, don’t hesitate to buy you won’t be disappointed. Rhian. Xx ?

It glistens in the sunlight and looks beautiful when lit up in the dark.My only issue is that you may need some electrical skills to wire it up. Not easy for a novice although I had no problems.I thoroughly recommend this product for anyone that wants a good looking quality chandelier.

- Does anyone have a diagram of how the chains all go together. I can’t work it out and have been trying for over 6 months, thanks.I have tried to get a video for you but it won’t work. The 4 chains start at the top cup there should be little holes and come one by one to a cup that houses the bulb. They finish facing in ward.

- It says suitable for dimmer! Wot dimmerable bulbs you recommend please?Yes, the package doesn't include the dimmer bulbs, because some customer love cool white but others loves warm white. And if we put bulbs with the chandelier in the package, they are very easy to broken in transit. Please kindly understand.
