- Do you sell a replacement bottom bowl and 3 balls?Mine was missing wen i purchased the item but the company replaced them with no issues
- What is the drop from cieling rose to tip of the main body is (the whole length) with out any of the dangling crystals is please ?It can be adjusted by shortening the chain I have high ceilings so I don’t have much chain just two links which makes it about 10inch (25cm) to tip of main body of light
