Customer questions and answers

  • Does the tap have two valves?
Hello, Amazon customer, this tap has 2 handles. Best wishes .
  • Is this good quality ? Does it leak ?
Its diffcult to secure to the wall no leaks but the pressure of the water coming through the tap slips downwards it would have been better with 2 screws to attach it so I'm ver careful with it till we come up with a solution I hope this helps
  • How is the hot water source connected to the tap?
I don't have a boy water source connected to the tap, and I don't think it can take two sources of water. It's just a cold tap I fitted in the walkin ladder
  • We installed this over our hob to use as a pot filler. It began leaking almost immediately. Has anyone had success using this over a hot area?
Installed to the side of the hob for safety reasons but had no leaks. Try some PTFE round joints
