- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 January 2021Heavy Chrome Mixer tapYour browser does not support HTML5 video. This tap is brilliant and heavy.. feels sturdy removing from its box.. Fantastic shine which shud according to the manufacturer is non rust and guaranteed 5 yrs what can i loose.. British Gas fitted it in bout hr and its very smart and of course very outstanding.. Its not a high pressure mixer which pleases me because it doesn't splash all over wen using either the stream or shower mode.. Our other mixer leaked after a while and it extended to the other side of the kitchen but if you have one like that there's bout two meters of hose under the sink wrapped around.. Waste of time.. This new item fitted has no piping under the sink to extend to France. Lol.. But it does the job for rinsing etc as it removes from its fitted connection and swivels 360° if its needed. Its altogether a brilliant piece of equipment and as I say looks the Crocs Nads.. Ide recomend it to anyone... A+++
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 April 2021Check product in the box before getting it fittedThe tap was packaged really well , the plumber came to fit it and this was fitted really quickly and found it very easy to fit, it manoeuvres really well and the water pressure is quite good although not as fast flowing as would of liked, as this is being used to save using an electric shower head when having to wash my hair, the only disappointment is that where the tap fits into, the chrome on that fitting, the outside of this part is all scratched and chipped, obviously I am not now having this tap removed, to get a replacement as the plumber did cost money, but this tap was advertised as perfect and this imperfection is showing on the front part of the tap, which is easily seen and now I know it is their, keeps jumping out at me, had I checked this in the box before the plumber came, I would of requested a return and replacement for sure
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 January 2020Sleek design, Great function some tips needed for installation.Sleek design and great functionality - chrome curves and rubber flexible hose which fits into a sideways access sturdy grip. The upper section rotates a full 360 degrees and the spray/stream toggle setting is remembered after the water is shut off. All the parts needed for installation are included including an pair of adaptors for less usual water feeds (internal rather than external thread). The installation guide should be used only as assembly diagram doing the steps in the order suggested means you’ll not be able to get a good tight screw on the supplied flexible pipes ( which are colour coded blue stripes for cold and red for hot - not shown in the photos. The cold water feed should be connected to the front of the tap so that the red and cold dots on the tap relate to the water coming through the tap) into the body of the tap as the nuts will be concealed by the length of the thread collar. Found it best to bead everything on to the flexible pipes either side of the counter as appropriate before connecting the flexible pipes with a spanner then the threaded collar, then seat onto the counter then securing the counter nut already having been threaded on the other side of the counter. Note the threaded collar is too narrow for the flexible pipes to be guided through from the water feed connection ends. Great product. Would recommend.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 March 2021Brilliant!This fit perfectly into our existing sink. The only thing we needed to buy was a proper plumbers wrench due to the compact space. It doesn't leak, let's you use it on max pressure without giving you an impromptu shower and by removing the head from the stand you can clean down large or bulky items that usually wouldn't fit ib the sink. The matt black and shiny chrome go together well although sometimes it can take a touch of persuasion to detach the head and use it.Both modes are brilliant, the concentrated flow seems aerated and it pleasant to drink while the shower style setting is great for cleaning up.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 January 2020Great versatile kitchen tapThis tap has been a great addition to our kitchen refurb. It fitted easily to our new Franke composite sink and is a vast improvement to the tap that came with the sink when we bought our house new. The flexible hose is extremely practical as you can easily rinse all corners of the sink, making cleaning a quick job. We had this installed for three months now and it is sturdy like the first day, easy to clean and wipe down and the option to switch between steady flow and more of a shower is great to have. Also, I feel that this tap handles our water pressure better than the old one and water flows out stronger. Great buy and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a new kitchen tap.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 May 2021Great but could be better. The quality is there, it’s a lovely bit of kit but taking the tap out the holder is a two handed job. I’m a big fella and have perfect dexterity in my hands but because the tap pulls away from the side and not the front, you need to hold the tap still so it doesn’t swivel while pulling the tap away from it. It’s also very snug so doing it one handed, while possible, isn’t easy. Looks great and works great though. It’s very well made and worth the money. I just don’t like that little design flaw.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 January 2020Ok but no pressure.***UPDATE***Unfortunately we’ve had to get a different tap as this one is useless! It takes way too long to fill a glass of water and an unacceptable length of time to fill a bucket. Very odd. Definately the tap is the problem and not our pressure. Shame. This tap looks good and works ok for us. Unfortunately no matter what we do our water pressure just isn’t enough for it to function properly. The spray feature works but just isn’t powerful enough to really work to the standard I was hoping for. Turning up the water at the mains has no effect on the power coming out of the tap. Such a shame as we really like the look of the tap.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 March 2019Good value for moneyIts a good tap for the money. The only problem I had was that the base is meant for thicker surfaces, at least that's what the plumber said. It sits fine but the base isn't tight enough and wiggles when pressure is applied. Also, its hard to get the tap out of the socket with 1 hand if you are a woman. You have to put resistance with your thumb from one side then use your other fingers to push it out of the socket. Or just use 2 hands
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 November 2020Gorgeous TapLove this tap, have it installed since February 2020. Love that I can take it away and clean the sink or when cleaning large pots. The nozzle was faulty and I was so concerned contacting the seller as normally would buy something like this in my hometown but seller was amazing and got replacement for me as quickly as they could with great communication. Doesn't put me off the tap, looks great and works great and great value for money.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 July 2021Changes over itself and leaks from triggerAfter roughly 15 months of use this has happened, on the run up to this my tap was switching from multiple jets (sprays) to single jet itself but I got by, now it's leaking from the changeover trigger and I've had to unscrew the head until I buy another tap.Me and partner both work so not used constantly only mornings, evenings and weekends. Can't find any warranty details except Amazon's 30 day warranty so I'm screwed. Would not recommend, unless they replace of course ?.

- Does the pull down sprayer extend any further? It does nend down by pulling. Like any normal tap of this kind

No because as with all mixer taps you have a hot and cold pipes which you need to connect to it. One end you connect the hot water pipe, and other end you connect the cold water pipe. Cold water will be of course linked to your mains right, so based on this it is a No. However, and I don't know this as I don't have one, but you could try connect the pipe directly from your filter machine so that you have filtered water. But thing with filtered water is you only want to turn it in to drink, not use filtered water washing dishes or your hands etc. To put in perspective, I have a water softener so my cold water tap is connected via this.
