Quality Guarantee
Kitchen Sink Taps are made of durable material :the inside of Copper and outside of brushed nickel. Our manufacturer tests the brass to ensure it features 59 - 62% copper. The higher copper content it has, the better rust resistance it will be. In addition, every joint of the tap is extremely firm and not easy to fall off. Our taps are tested twice during the manufacturing process: air pressure test and water pressure test, as a result of this you may find some water inside of the tap when you receive it.

    Well worth it
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 July 2018
I love it. Arrived quickly, plumbed in next day. Plumber didn’t report any problems fitting it. All good, appears to be good quality.I would just say this tap is quite large so aesthetically may take a while to get used to the size. As a mature adult I keep playing with it even though there’s a heatwave and we shouldn’t be using water!!I would advise anyone to purchase this tap. Have a look at high street prices and you’ll see that this tap costs so much less although quality hasn’t been compromised

Great tap but bad design choice
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 April 2018
The tap itself looks great, feels very well made and works perfectly with excellent water pressure (the reason for me changing my original tap). What lets it down is the cheap white plastic marker that tells you which side to move to get hot/cold water, it doesn't sit well in place (slightly raised) but looks awful too in comparison with the expensive look of the tap itself. I'm trying to find replacements that I can put in, other than that and the fact there is no tightening tool included for the brass locknut I'm happy so far but only fitted it yesterday.I’d recommend a Silverline 273198 basin wrench to tighten the nut.

Nice tap but assembly instructions are terrible and extra parts needed.
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 July 2020
This is a very nice stylish tap and looks really nice once assembled. However be warned that fitting the tap was a major issue. this was mostly a guessing game because the instructions that came in the box are terrible. The pictures and the text did not match and the pictures did not match what was in the box. The instructions do not provide any information on what type of tap connectors are used and neglects to inform you what pipework / connectors are required. Eventually after lots of googling I managed to work out that I needed a compression coupler. Also very frustrating is that nothing is provided to support for the weight of the tap for underneath the sink. Unless you have an EXTREMELY sturdy sink, you will need to buy an additional support bracket to hold the tap in position from the bottom to prevent the tap bending and warping the sink. I used this one here.https://www.amazon.co.uk/Fitmykitchen-Universal-tap-support-bracket/dp/B00HGDOHZIOverall assembly took over a week due to terrible instructions, not having the correct parts and having to wait for other necessary parts to be delivered.I've had the tap 3 months now and not had problems since. it has not leaked. The two tap functions are very handy and it looks very stylish. I am happy with the end result but I would not purchase this brand again due to the terrible instructions.

    NOT GOOD!!
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 February 2019
There are some major issues with this product;1) The installation is extremely difficult. It you are not experienced as fitting taps / plumbing you WILL struggle as this does not have very good instructions and the fittings need additional components to make them fit your existing pipework.2) After a few months, the product is already leaking when the cold tap is turned on.3) And worst of all - a major design fault, the mixing of hot and cold is done within the body of the tap - what this means is that if you have high-pressure cold and low-pressure hot, which is common situation in UK homes, if you turn both taps on (i.e. mix hot and cold) the high pressure cold pushes back up your hot pipes and back into your hot water tank.Overall, I am very unimpressed with this product and am now going to have to remove it and replace with a better product. :-(

Nice bit of kit with one drawback
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 September 2018
Afetr looking at reviews and asking questions I opted to purchase this mixer tap with spray. It's well made and I'd like to say easy to fit but it was done by a plumber. Overall I'm very satisfied but the one thing that irks me is the length of the tap, it should be longer. We have it set up with a double sink, with the LHS used to rinse ie the spray due to the position of the draining rack. Using the tap on the RHS but in order to turn the tap on you end up with your placed under the tap unless you go to the extreme of putting the tap at 90 degrees to the down tube. More length on the tap tube would mean it would be clear of your hand when you turn it on

Avoid this model - big problems that can't be solved
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 December 2018
As you can see in the photo above, the shower leaks really badly even when the main tap is totally off. This began on the second day of use, and has continued ever since, despite some informed intervention from a plumber. The same plumber had to come back again after installing it, which he found difficult for various poor design reasons, as the washers supplied for the supply hoses were incorrect. Also, bear in mind that the whole unit is rather heavy, and use of the shower especially can pull the base against what is normally thin sheet metal in the sink and bend and distort it.I'm writing all this to save other unfortunate buyers from making the mistake of thinking this is a good buy - it definitely is not.

    EXCELLENT VALUE
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 August 2018
The tap is excellent, it's really powerful not like some I've used that are chock full of fine filters. The spray hose has an exceptionally strong jet. The finish is lovely apart from the hot cold indicator button that somebody else mentioned does not fit the overall look however this tap seems to be really well made. Fitting was not straight forward for me as there is not even enough room to use a basin wrench around my sink tap hole. Monoblock spanners are no good as it is secured in position by one large brass nut. The only way I could secure this tall tap in my sink was to remove the sink so I could get a spanner at it. A basin wrench would probably be adequate for most but not for my sink. Fantastic value, similar taps are twice the price in the hardware stores. You should receive a tap in perfect condition as everything is safely secured with moulded foam in a sturdy box. 5 star product.

    Bad design
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 October 2020
We were reasonably satisfied with this tap which we have had for 2 years until yesterday. A week ago I noticed that the wire mesh covering the flexible hose had worn away where it touches and therefore rubs on the end of its support. It has now made a hole in the rubber tube and water squirted all over the kitchen when I turned the tap on We have done a temporary fix but will have to replace the tap a.s.a.p. The design is not good - the spring shaped support is too short - it needs to be longer so that the flexible tube does not rub against it.

Broke, 2 day after the return window closed!
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 August 2020
It was a great tap, sturdy, loved the spray function, felt very solid. Until a couple of days ago, when the thread on the arm that holds the sprayer in places sheared off, and now cannot be screwed back into the housing on the main body. I wanted to reach out to the seller, but I am two days off the return window so cannot. It might just be my tap, or it might be that you get what you pay for.

Not the standard I had hoped for.
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 August 2020
I purchased this beautiful looking tap in May. It is a very heavy tap, which I hoped meant it was well made. There was a little bit of doubt as to it's quality when I noticed that the top swivel shower head was held in place with a single nut and was unsteady as a result. That said it worked well for two months until it began to leak. Our plumber has said that the tap cannot be fixed and now needs to be replaced. Unfortunately at two months I can no longer return this product for a refund. My experience leads me to believe that this tap is not a worthwhile purchase.

Customer questions and answers

  • Might be a silly question but do both outlets swivel, i.e. for use with a double basin sink? Thanks
Hi - yes they both swivel all the way left and right; we have a double basin sink and have one outlet over each sink most of the time. It’s a great tap
  • What is the total height of this once installed?
About 50cm from the base to the top curve
  • What is the minimum water pressure required for this product?
I ordered this tap to replace an existing mixer. I tried to find out what is the minimum water pressure for this product but was not able to to find out. After reading the instructions it requires a minimum of 1 bar of pressure which means it is useless for a gravity feed hot water system.
  • what is the warranty length?
    still not sure
