  Broken after a few months!

  Product was fine for 8 months, then just fell off. Seller will only issue a £8 refund rather than replacing the tap. Although you're meant to have a 1 year warranty, they will not honour it. Don't buy!

  Very small and flimsy

  Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is more suitable for a smaller sink as it doesn't have the reach to even hit the center of my sink (bearing in mind I have a standard size sink top), making it difficult to rinse your sink, I had to use a jug. The handle is very flimsy it only takes a slight touch and tap turns fully on, as i found out when trying to wipe it dry, its very annoying. Overall even though it does look good its cheap and cheerful.

  Great looking but ruined by a very slow flow rate

  This tap looks great. The black finish is exactly what we wanted. It was easy to install BUT - it is so slow! We are thinking of replacing it. This will be very hard now that the sink has been fitted and the worktop installed, but it takes an age to fill a kettle. I have an outside tap which is 3 times as fast as this one. I have been told that it is something to do with reducing water usage, but it simply increases the time to do anything

  Nice looking tap, solid fittings which makes a change, often these days more parts appear to be plastic.Good price, quick delivery. Mine broke the 1st day of lockdown and I ordered this that day, it arrived 2 days later. Dont know how easy it was to install, I got the plumber in!!

  arrived quickly with flexi hoses. Easy to install and looks great. Has really updated the kitchen with the new white sink

  Really nice tap looks great , BUT chips very easily , only got to tap it by accident and chipped

  Love it. Looks fabulous on my sink. It seemed easy enough to install by my plumber!

  No flex hoses in 2 orders

  Tap looks fine, haven’t installed it yet so unsure on quality. I ordered one and it arrived without the 2 flex hose it said we’re included, returned it and ordered another one which also arrived without the 2 “included” hoses. I can only presume they are selling them separately for extra money.
