Due to this thickness, the noise of the water when applied is minimal. The fitting is equipped with a check valve and can be operated with a maximum water pressure of 9 bar.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 August 2020Solid and exuding qualityMy 20+ year-old kitchen mixer tap had been solidly plumbed in so replacement had to be a job for a professional. Flexible connections were supplied in the box but they are metric. Fortunately my plumber had adaptors on his van. When you read that the spout will rotate 360°, do not assume that you can install with the lever on the left as it might come up against the wall when you want hot water. Apparently, most people choose to have the lever facing out and not to the right as shown on photos and, so far, we are happy with it that way. Spares were no longer available for the old Blanco tap.

Our plumber had no problems with the fitting of it. We have had it for a while now and it still looks good. It is good quality. We don't really use the pull out spray so can't comment on its effectiveness; I didn't realise it had one when I purchased it, I just went for the overall look of the tap. It looks a lot more expensive than it was and is so much more stylish than any we could find in our local DIY stores. It matches with well with our other black and brushed steel appliances. Very happy with our purchase.

We have had the tap for a few months and it has been great with lots of our friends commenting on how nice it looks! It was very simple to install and the extendable hose has proved very handy too!
