Faulty design as it relies on one tiny grub screw to hold this large tap together when it fails water spurted everywhere soaking the kitchen including myself. Refixed tightly using Allen/Hex key but five minutes later the heavy head fell off again soaking the kitchen again as it knocked the handle forward as it fell off. Do not trust it any more as a complete liability as could fall off again any time, which could happen in the night or when I'm not at home. Asked seller for my money back. They asked to see an explanatory video of the problem (the one attached). Haven't heard back from them since and still waiting for my money back. Incredibly disappointing experience all round.

Luckily i had a good plumber who managed to connect through my sink. Apparently it is supposed to be fitted through your work top??. Bowose customer service was excellent and would highly recommend. Could not fault this company at all.

I bought this with much excitement.. but oh my what a disappointment... you will get wet as the tape comes apart regularly as the holding screw is to short and it doesn’t hold the top of the tape in place avoid at all costs

Also a bigger issue is that if you have top valve closed and open main one then it's like you connected the hot and cold water pipes together. So you'll find the high water pressure of the cold will flow down the hot pipe! It's just a bad design which is why it's so cheap.

Eventually blew under pressure. Missing seals combined with one very small locking screw to hold tap together means that tap can't cope with any form of water pressure.Amazon you should be embarrassed listing items like this! Definitely destroyed my confidence of buying off Amazon in future

- SO just to be clear the threaded part at the bottom is long enough to pass through a 40mm worksurface and the nut attach to secure it?You can adjust the thread just enough to fit 40mm worktop, but it will be tight.
