- Have installed the tap,but no hot water coming through,any ideashot water coming out,any ideasMake sure the lever is pushed away from you as far as possible p, then pull the lever outwards and you should have hot water. Pressure could be very low.

- My son has connected the tap but cannot get hot water out on touch only cold can you give me any ideas why this might be pleaseYou need to push the lever as far away from you as possible then pull outwards and you should have hot water. The pressure on mine is very low though.
