Delivery came earlier than stated which was great. Product looks exactly like it does in the picture. The only reason for a four star is that I haven’t installed it yet and hence don’t know how long the product will last whilst in use, however it does look very promising and will definitely look good in my new kitchen.UPDATE:It’s only been 2-3 weeks since I moved in and started using my kitchen. The tap hose no longer sits straight and is always at an angle and it also falls out of the holding hook and hangs loosely in the sink; this greatly affects the aesthetics of the kitchen sink as a whole; this is very disappointing as I was very dependant on the reviews before mine and had read a lot of reviews on a lot of products before purchasing. It’s upsetting and a shame really as it’s very attractive in pictures and packaging.
