- How much space do you need under sink to store retractable hose? I have just over 12inches? Also what does mechanical retraction mean? is there buttonYou’re going to need more than 12 inches in my opinion.

- Hose length pleaseI dont know but I do know when extended I can wash my wife's hair over the sink easily. So it will extend to the outer part of the sink.
- does this tap have a weight that attaches to the retractable hose under the sink? to pull it back inYeah it does. Just an FYI, i had to untangle all the hoses at the base of the tap as it wasn't retracting properly
