- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 January 2021Arrived damagedThis item arrived damaged, the mug handles have little holes in the clay, making the crack easily so two mugs arrived broken, the transfer pattern is applied very badly on many of the mugs and bowls, just not a nice product, very cheap and nasty. I've complained to the seller but they are useless and want me to pay for the items to be returned which is ridiculous as it's so heavy and will cost a fortune. Waste of money.

I contacted the seller who responded immediately, asking for a picture of the damaged plate. I supplied this and I after some great contact, the seller replaced the plate in about 3 days.It’s when things go wrong that sellers show their true metal, this seller rose to the occasion brilliantly, sorted our problem quickly and professionally, I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

Happy mood in the kitchen and you can choose to dine from a different design/colour each day. Sturdy material and dishwasher safe, don't chip easily and I believe they will last for long time. I like that they look and feel different than regular plain white dinner sets. Would be a nice idea for gift as well, for a new home or around the Festive period. 100% recommend as it is a great buy!!
