- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 May 2020Good quality, but useless for a large family.Good looking product, I imagine will endure as it’s not got lots of exposed metal to rust. Removable parts which I think are supposed to make things easier or more convenient but are actually impractical - you can’t put the plate rack over the sink to make more space on the drainer when you’re washing the plates, therefore using the sink! Also, the removable parts are pretty unsteady on the drainer, so would tip and smash whatever is on it if you put too much weight on it.Basically this drainer is useful if you’re single or a couple I guess and don’t actually want to put much on it. It was utterly useless for a family with five people in it. I’ve given it to my Mum, who I imagine will get plenty of use out of it as a single person.

This one the main downside is that the parts are removable which means they also move when you are putting washing up on it!

The metal elements are sturdy and good quality. The plastic parts are on the other hand of less quality. The caddy for cutlery could be higher to allow for cutting knives to be safely put into. I'm finding myself thinking a lot how to organise the dishes on this dryer when doing the washing up to fit everything in. I didn't have this problem with my old classic metal dryer. The bit for the plates does not allow for bowls or pasta plates to be put in. The holding elements are too hollow and possibly too narrow. This means bowls, pots have to be put in the part next to it which reduces space for mugs, glasses and other items. Yes, you could take the whole structure apart and utilise other areas of your kitchen but who has time and space for that. Looks nice though when empty :).

So much more hygienic than drying them with a tea towel. Really sturdy too, I used to smash loads of dishes by stacking them all up on the drainer, I don’t have that problem with this. Made my life so much easier!

Various components can be used separately - the plate tray and the top shelf - and the pieces seem very sturdy. It's a combination of plastic and metal and was shipped fully assembled. I am happy with it.

The quality and finish seems excellent compared to those I've previously had and I like that you can remove sections to create space for larger items or move the cutlery and wine glass bits around. There is a good amount of space (I tend to do a lot of dishes at once). It loses 1 star only because I feel the plate holder could be a bit better - plates sit in it fine but it doesn't seem to take much to topple them, especially larger plates. Thenagain, maybe I'm trying to put too many dishes on at once? But I am super pleased with it and would recommend.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 May 2021Great product but.....Very sturdy and well made, am very pleased with it but there are 2 issues with it, firstly if you have large dinner plates (as most families do) they don’t stay upright and fall over unless you put them with the inside facing each other. Also, when you put wine glasses on the wine rack they fall off...... which is a real shame as it’s a great product other than the issues I’ve mentioned, maybe the manufacturers could tweak it to resolve this.

The only issue is with the wine holder on the side because the prongs are so small they keep slipping off so I can’t use it. Other than that it is a very good product and I would definitely recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the quality is, better than anticipated. Lovely mid grey colour, with black wire work, perfect for my kitchen. I’m not using the wine glass holder, but you can remove or add the parts you want as they are separate. I have a dishwasher, but need a drainer for pots, pans and special glassware, so this is perfect, as you can remove the plate holder as necessary. Definitely recommend!
