- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 August 2021Scarily sharp, but perfect for the job.As an ex chef, I'm used to working with extremely sharp knives and paying the price for them too, not only monetary wise, but cuts also.I chose this to replace my old victorinox butchers knife (I gave my old one to my step son, sous chef with Mr Tom Kerridge as a present)It's certainly not a classical shaped butchers knife but cuts like a hot knife through butter.It's balanced and super sharp and for me works brilliantly. Highly recommended
