I have used or on vegetables like tomato and also on chicken. Very easy to cut both type of items be out as delicate as tomato or as hard as chicken. Knives looks very heavy but it is not. It is ready to handle and does not pain even after long use. Design on the blade is a cherry on the cake

I wanted something that comes in the box because i have to take it with me places. For what i have paid for it I think it a good choice, it looks good, it cuts well. What i find a bit strange is the weight, too light, I am used with heavier knives. Very helpful is the protection that is on top of the blade, you can put in towel and just carry it.This is my favorite type of knife(santoku) and the most reliable model.

I can say, this knife passed with flying colours as it's really sharp and allows a cook like me to do pro cuts then the item must be good. Just be careful you don't cut your fingers because a knife as good as it can be cant prevent cutting fingers!
