However I totally agree with the other review(s) about the lower part of the blade by the handle being a nightmare that should be smoothed down in the manufacturing process. Multiple knicks and frantic plaster-hunting moments caused so far! Would still recommend if buying on offer and being aware of this issue (not that being aware has stopped me catching myself!)

I have arthritis and find it hard to chop things but it is easy with this knife. Be careful thought it is extremely sharp. Very good price. I have seen similar knives for up to £100. Great job guys
