- How many hard is knives on hrc ? 55hrc like v-sabatier, or 58hrc like richardson sheffield r-vidion?I’m not sure what the hrs is but the knives stamp has X50 CrMoV 15 on it
- Can these be sharpened - if so, how?I use a ceramic sharpening stick on a regular basis which keeps a really Sharp edge on the knives!
- How tall is the knife block with knives inside?I would not recommend you buy these as they are not very sharp and blunt very easily.
