The skill to open oysters:
Note: The oyster is a narrow end of a thick side.
1. Face the flat, narrow side of the oyster.
2. Then insert the knife into the end hole.
3. Turn left and right to make small movements and make the knife deeper into the oysters. The blade is less than 1cm.
4. Once the blade is turned, you will hear a bang and the oyster shell will open. Do not open the hull by force.
