Will they stick to a magnetic knife holder on the wall
As far as I can tell, they won't. Just tested with a magnet.

Are these really ceramic? The description says "high-tech refined fiber material". So, it is ceramic-like coating of a stainless steel knife?
I’m not actually sure. I’ve been using them a few months & do have other ceramic knives that have probably stayed a little sharper, but there’s not much in it & my other ones cost a fortune. I’ve had a few ceramic knives and they never need sharpening ,

are the handles plastic or metal, tgr listing says both in different parts of the listing and I'm allergic to metal. God bless
The handle are hard rubber good cheap knife but if you want to spend more money i recommend richardson ceramic knifes hand hard plastic had mine 4 years before losing there edges got a lot of use out of them
