- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 October 2019ONE OF THE MUGS IS BROKEN ALREADYOne of the mugs has already broken. A large crack appeared after only 2 hots drinks in it. It is now unusable.it had only been hand washed
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 April 2021Good value and good sizeExcellent for making coffee.Or tea.Or any liquid drink, beverage - you know what I mean - it's a mug don't you know..If you turn it upside down the contents fall out.You don't have to use the handle but it does make things more comfortable when drinking hot liquids - although on a cold day maybe handle use would be optional.They are 4 shades of grey in colour - if you want blue ones you will be disappointed.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 June 20194 PC MugThese are quite nice mugs, to be honest I thought they would be a bit bigger but they are a medium in mug size especially for the serious tea for serious tea drinker, in the durability stakes I put a 3 star simply because even with the packing, which was serious well done, the rims of the mugs were scraped of which I couldn't understand. But the would be ideal for a family but a single guy who loves tea, they are not big enough.

These caught my eye when looking for some cups as they are not expensive and I wouldn’t be bothered If they did get broken accidentally.I would also recommend these if you just want a couple of new cups for the house and don’t want to get really expensive ones as they actually look good and don’t feel cheap.

The only drawback I found was that they stain the cups, and even the dishwasher didn't get rid of the marks, so a soak and a scrub was needed. Other than that, they're perfect. A good size, good shades, and well made.

- What colour are these cups? The pictures show two differwnt sets of four. Each set has a color variation. Eg one set of four has a blueAll 3 sets we've ordered have 1 white, 1 very dark grey, 1 mid grey and 1 pale grey. All sets were the exact same shades and are great
- There's conflicting info re capacity: is it 300 ml or 13 oz (= 369.37 ml)?Just filled Cup to bring, and it's 350ml exactly
