Out of 36 mugs 12 were useless as the print was faded. 36 out of 36 mugs from another supplier were perfect. All done on the same mug press at identical settings.

The handles are all different sizes, some handles were broken, many chips and damages on mugs. Small un noticeable till you examine them close, but as a business mugs that are not too a high standard and simply not fit for sale. Also, the mugs are so uneven that when you place your print on it, it is difficult to get the paper flat against the mug due to how uneven they are. It creates a lot of problems. I do not recommend these mugs.

- What temperature, pressure and time should you use for these mugs ?Put my mug in press. Clamp it... wait for buzzer to sound.. I then set my timer for 3 minutes. At 380 degrees. Hope this is of help.
