- Does the cover/lid absorb the coffee flavor? I had multiple cups, but don't like when the strong coffee flavor gets absorbed into the cover.Hello, For my taste buds it's not an obvious problem, although I recognise that the flavour is always going to be compromised to some degree by either the metal of the flask or the plastic lid and will never taste as good as out of ceramic mug at home. Sorry, I can't be of more help.
- Do you do spare lids for this mug as mine has trouble screwing on & occasionally pops off when I’ve got a hot drink in itThe lid has popped off of mine twice with great force; the first time sprayed coffee in my face.
- how do you get the lid off? Mine is super tight and I cannot do it?As the hot drink cools it will create a slight vacuum, making it harder to unscrew the lid. So open the flip lid to equal the pressure and then it should be easier to unscrew.
