Originating in Spain, the balloon glass or copa de balon has found increasing popularity around the world as an alternative to the traditional highball glass. - Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 September 2016Brilliant value and perfect for a party.I am quite a glass snob so when I had a gin party, I had originally looked at more expensive glasses. But for 16 people even at £20 for 4 that was going to be a lot of money before I even bought the gin. So sense kicked in and I decided on these glasses. They arrived safely with no breakages. They are large - even with loads of ice they easily take half a 500ml bottle of Fevertree - and although they are fairly thick glass - they are not going to sing when you tap them, that's for sure - they are not in the least ugly. Really great value.

If you like the finer thin glass they wouldn't be for you.Thank you

They are amazing glasses for the price and perfect for our little soiree!! Well done Rink Drink on getting it right and offering a brilliant product that's just right for our needs.

WOW they are excellent quality, each glass was immaculate, packed individually in bubble wrap and boxed in sets of 6. Not a mark on them. Very quick delivery. I highly recommend, working out at £1.40 a glass which is great when we are fund raising. Looking forward to filling them with lots of different Gins at the festival

Just got the gin glasses which are nice and large, over the years I’ve brought the cocktail, wine and champagne glasses from this company, all great value and sturdy ?

We bought them for my 60th birthday party as we were not able to hire this shape, they were all used and we have put most of them away for our next party!!

- Is there an attractive green rim around the top of these glasses or is that just an illusion because of the lime quarters shown?It’s an illusion, but they are great glasses
- Are these ce markedNo
- Hi are the glasses made with toughened glass?It doesn't say so on the box but they are certainly made of thick glass with chunky stems, not at all flimsy, my description would be sturdy. We had no breakages at the party and use as every day gin/cocktail glasses.
- Do the Gin glasses have different coloured stems or can you rand them?No all clear glass. I bought mine 2 years ago good glasses and quite robust.
