- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 January 2021Used 10 times, now fills with water between the glass.Bought these in August 2020. Can only have used them 10 times. There is a small hole in the bottom of each glass, seemingly there for manufacture, that is blocked with some form of clear resin. On one of the glasses this has now fallen out despite me following the cleaning and handling instructions to the letter. That glass now fills with water between the two walls, whenever it is washed. I would not recommend buying these since they are not at all durable.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 May 2018Unusual glasses that work very wellI bought these mainly as more stable champagne flutes rather than those with stems. (My significant other does not have a good track history when it comes to loading the dishwasher.) I didn't really think they would have any real insulating properties but I am pleased to report that they do. They keep the wine nicely cool and you don't get any condensation running down the glass. Result!The rim of the glass is quite thick but its not a deal breaker.Not cheap but worth it I would say.Update: I knocked one over and broke it. A point to note is that these glasses do not shatter like safety glass. That may be an issue for some.

Quite sturdy, knocked them over quite a few times and always expected them to have broken. On my 4th time buying as eventually they do break with kids and dogs tails wagging, but have outlasted any of our other wine glasses.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 June 2021No good once washedUnfortunately I thought these glasses were dishwasher proof but they are not.Water gets in between the thermal casing causing a bubble round the rim and also condensation so now don’t really look clean anymore.However I only put one in dishwasher and washed the other one by hand and water has still got into the thermal casing so not good value at all unless I was unlucky and got a bad batch.

- The label at the bottom of the glass cannot be removed? if not i am returning them. it does not look good to have a big label there.Hi Barbara, Thank you for your inquiry. The labels are put on all products for branding, unfortunately, they cannot be removed.
- Do they come in a gift box? Want them for a couple who have both just turned 60Unfortunately, no. Just a regular box, with Styrofoam.
- Where my glasses coming from? i ordered beginning of dec for xmas and iv been told middle of jan! is this a real family in the pictures??Your package will be sent from China. Delivery time is about 10-25 days. The picture is the real package.
