The glass set is fine for everyday use and looks great for a special ocation. I am not an expert in the glass quality but the quality of the set looks brilliant to me. They arrived in time and good packaged. Thank you!

One arrived scratch and the headline is misleading. These are manufactured from poor quality glass. The stem snapped in my hand and could have been extremely dangerous. I asked them for a full refund and a means of return and they kept asking me to return in original packaging. The packaging was just moulded polystyrene would have looked awful of you were trying to gift these. Also extremely dangerous cheap glass. The customer service from the manufacturer was appalling and they told me I wasn’t using the glasses appropriately. So being filled and drunk from is the wrong use according to the manufacturer. They responded once per day saying that I needed to return the glasses in the original packaging. This was not possible as the packaging was cheap and had been disposed of. Horrible company and horrible customer services. Avoid at all costs!

They came well packaged with each having its own cut out in a polystyrene block, this is also great for storing them in when not in use.The quality of the glasses themselves was also great and the shape and design was elegant and receive a few compliments while we were using them.Overall I'd highly recommend.
