The company showed me a photo of the glass before they did them all because it was a big order! Everything arrived in excellent condition and no breakage. I was pretty happy with the final product and everyone loved the glasses. The glasses were great quality and nice and heavy. I think it was a bit expensive overall (hence the 4 stars) but otherwise excellent service. The engraving was fine and it was a nice thoughtful gift. The customisation worked really well.
