- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 February 2020Not dishwasher proofThese glasses arrived today. They appear reasonable quality for the price (cheap). However, I put one in the dishwasher this evening and it's cracked right across the very thick glass of bottom. It's a pity because they're actually quite nice glasses, well balanced and easy to hold. So if you hand-wash, fine, but not recommended for dishwashers. At the price they're not worth returning so I'll put this one down to experience.

They hold 500ml so a typical can of beer fits with large enough to spare so one not worry about a head of foam when pouring from the can.Each mug weighs a kilo (that's 2.2 pounds in old money) so don't go throwing it at anyone as they'd probably need an undertaker. ;-)(BTW - "sheerness" - well it isn't textile but the glass is very clear so 5* for Amazon's "sheerness" rating.)
