- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 August 2020Broken glassesThis package arrived this afternoon via Royal Mail and the postman drew our attention to the fact that he thought something inside was broken. On opening the box, two glasses were smashed. The packaging was very poor considering that it had glasses inside the box.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 May 2017Not 330 ml as statedNice glasses - but they are NOT 330ml. The box states 33cl (i.e., 330ml) and the description also states 330ml. They hold barely over 300ml (I checked the capacity with my measuring jug) and a bottle of St Miguel (330ml) does not fit - disappointing.

However, the more important issue is the quality of the product. One of surviving glasses was squint, and obviously leaning to one side. Glasses are very thin, poor quality.

The product deserves 5 stars but was let down by some silly packaging which meant one glass was broken. A replacement was promptly dispatched but it was a different size. Another replacement was sent. The customer service recovery was good but should not really have been necessary.

- How tall is this glass?Hi - these glasses are 7" high and take only about half a pint. They are good but must admit when I ordered them I thought they were larger.
