Stainless Steel HandlesThe stainless steel handles are welded to the body of the pan for extremely strong attachment. The handles stay cooler to the touch, especially when used on induction and they are ergonomically shaped for secure, easy grip.

Detailed Description
The 24 cm wide, uncoated frying pan is ideal for searing meat. It has a SIGMA-Clad 5-ply base, composed of a total of five layers. The two outer layers are made of 18 / 10 or 18 / 0 stainless steel. 18 / 0 stainless steel is magnetic, so can used on an induction hob. The three inner layers of the pan base are made of different aluminium alloys. This tough core ensures that the heat is distributed over the entire cooking surface. So pieces of meat are cooked evenly in the centre and at the sides of the pan.
