Into the Fridge or Dishwasher
You can also use the cooled pans to store leftovers in the fridge – simply attach the Ingenio airtight lid. You can even reheat food in the same pan and they’re dishwasher safe (minus the handle). That’s one less job when you’ve finished cooking!

Safe and Secure Handle
The Ingenio concept is built around a patented detachable handle that attaches and detaches with one click, turning frying pans into oven dishes, and saucepans into baking tins, serving dishes or storage containers.
Crafted from robust Bakelite, the handle won’t burn when exposed to heat – just remember to detach it when you place a pan in the oven. To attach it, simply press the lever under the handle. Then to release it, just squeeze the two side buttons simultaneously.

- Do they work on normal electric hob or just gas and inductionThese pans will work fine on a normal electric hob. They are excellent pans if a bit expensive.
- what are the white seals for?If you mean the white plastic lids - they are so that you can (after allowing the food to cool) transfer the pan and its contents to the fridge and store them there. Then you just need to heat up straight in the pan. Good also for marinating meats in the fridge - then cooking them in the same pan. - Is this 3 set comes with the lids?No. Lids are sold separately
- Do the lids come with the pans or do you have to buy them separately?With this set there are no lids . . . . . but some of the Ingenio pan sets include lids. This is always stated in the description. BTW I love our pans.
